- Lateral clavicle fractures – 10-15% of

Type 1
– Lateral to the coraco-clavicular (CC) ligaments (minimal displacement)
Type 2
– Medial to the CC ligaments (may have significant displacement)
Type 3
– Intra-articular fracture extending into the acromioclavicular (AC) joint
- Medial clavicle fractures – rare,
<5% of cases

- Available in both Titanium &
Stainless steel.
- Plate features locking compression holes and round locking holes that accepts 3.5mm cortical and Wise-lock screws.
- Plates are available with 3 different hook depths, i.e., 12mm, 15mm & 18mm.
- All the three depth plates bear 3 to 7 holes.
Indications
- Lateral clavicle fractures: Neer type
II or Jäger and Breitner type II.
- Acromioclavicular joint dislocation
type: Tossy III or Rockwood III to V.
