FIRM-LOCK PROXIMAL HUMEROUS PLATE 3.5

FIRM-LOCK PROXIMAL HUMERUS PLATE 3.5 (605 ITEM CODE)

·        Proximal Humeral Locking Plate 3.5 is for the complex fractures in proximal humerus, with multiple points of fixation with wide coverage in the humerus head provide optimal stress distribution.

·       Proximal Humeral Locking Plate 3.5 is an anatomically designed polyaxially locking plate and screw system designed for the treatment of proximal humeral fractures.  These plates with polyaxially bushings provide freedom to direct the locking screws within the anatomical template, based on the fracture pattern and bone quality for better fixation.  Multiple chamfered suture eyelets along the margin of the plate allow the surgeon to pass Fiber Wire suture after the plate is fixed to bone.

·       Proximal Humerus Plate 3.5 is positioned approximately 10 mm distal to the rotator cuff to reduce the risk of impingement.
Cancellous locking screws are positioned in a diverging manner. In addition, two calcar support screws help to ensure a high degree of stability in normal and osteoporotic bones. Located in the articular part of the plate suture holes in the direction of tension enable additional fixation of the tubercle fragments.
